Maryanna "Mary" McKenzie came into this world on July 4, 1922 to declare her independence! 95 years and 24 days later, on July 28, 2017, she left us all brokenhearted to reunite with her loved ones in Heaven. Mary grew up in North East, Pennsylvania. She was the wife of the late Jack Mckenzie whom she lost at the tender age of 39. As a single mom, Mary raised their three children during the 50s in Monrovia, CA where she spent many years working as a nurse. Mary was survived by her three children Mary White, Sheila Cabrinha and Ian McKenzie. She leaves seven grandchildren, John Gage, Scott White, Kristin Kaneko, Lisa Bernal, Shannon Milek, Kevin White and Steven Gage, along with 20 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.

Mary was the Matriarch and the Queen of this family. Although she stood only 4'11", her tiny shoes will be impossible to fill. She was and is loved by so many family and friends, too many to name. She touched so many lives with love, hugs, and some good old fashion advice.

Mary will be laid to rest next to her late husband Jack on August 12th, 2017.
